This past weekend, we took a necessary step back from the field to focus on the people behind the mission, spending an intensive team-building retreat at the Equator Green Garden and Resort in Mogotio.

Leveled Up: Beyond the Boardroom

This wasn’t just a weekend away; it was an immersive experience designed to push our team out of their comfort zones and into a space of bold, independent thinking.
