Diana Kemunto

Agricultural Biotechnologist | Community Development Enthusiast Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Biotechnology

My name is Diana Kemunto, and I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Biotechnology. I am passionate about working with indigenous communities, with a strong focus on environmental conservation, food security, and empowering women and youth.

I believe that true development is rooted in community voices and cultural identity, and I am committed to creating spaces where indigenous women and youth can thrive. My background combines scientific training with hands-on experience in community engagement, giving me a unique perspective in addressing challenges facing marginalized groups.

Through my work, I aim to bridge the gap between modern innovation and traditional practices for the betterment of our communities.

Outside of work, I enjoy nature walks and reading African literature, which both inspire and ground my approach to community-based work.
