Jesse Birir Kiplagat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and diplomas in Social Work and Diploma in Procurement studies. He is deeply committed to community development, with a strong focus on social justice, youth empowerment, and inclusive grassroots initiatives.
 
Jesse’s passion lies in working closely with marginalized and underserved communities, ensuring their voices are not only heard but actively shape the development process. He believes that sustainable change is rooted in culturally grounded approaches and meaningful community participation.
 
With a solid foundation in both academic theory and hands-on social work, Jesse brings a people-centered perspective to addressing social challenges. He is particularly dedicated to building resilience among indigenous communities and vulnerable groups through education, mentorship, and community-driven solutions.
 
Outside of his professional endeavors, Jesse finds inspiration in nature, African storytelling, and engaging in local community forums—experiences that continue to inform and strengthen his commitment to transformative and inclusive development.
